These terms and conditions apply to client registration, account access, loan applications, repayment processing, and the general use of the STARSAM CONSULTING client portal.
By registering, you confirm that all information submitted is true, complete, accurate, and belongs to you. You authorise STARSAM CONSULTING to use your personal, employment, banking, and loan-related information for account administration, support communication, compliance, application review, loan processing, repayment calculations, and lawful operational record-keeping.
You agree to keep your login credentials secure and not share them with any third party. Any activity performed through your account may be treated as authorised by you unless reported to us promptly.
Where loan services are requested, you understand that loan approvals remain subject to review and internal assessment. Repayment dates may be calculated according to the salary or pay date stored on your profile. If a loan is taken on or after your current pay day, the next repayment date may move to the same pay day in the following month, subject to calendar availability.
You are responsible for reviewing the information displayed in your account and notifying STARSAM CONSULTING if any profile, repayment, or loan details appear incorrect.
